These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, your use of our website, or any transactions with npc.tax shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.

Terms of Sale

1. Artworks

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website npc.tax. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 Products and Pricing

a) All artworks displayed on the site are described as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist between the physical product and its digital representation.
b) Prices are listed in CHF (or applicable currency) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Orders and Payments

a) Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is completed.
b) Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other secure payment processors.

1.4 Artwork Numbering

a) Each limited-edition artwork is automatically assigned a number in sequential order based on availability at the time of purchase. This ensures an efficient and fair allocation process. If you have a personal relationship with the creator, you may contact them directly to request a specific number. However, such requests are subject to availability and at the creator’s discretion. Outside of these cases, buyers cannot choose their edition number, and the assignment follows the natural order of remaining editions. This policy helps streamline production and delivery timelines while maintaining fairness for all collectors.

1.5 Returns and Refunds

a) Returns are accepted only for defective or non-compliant products, within 14 days of receipt.
b) The product must be returned in its original condition.
c) Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

2. Apparel & Clothing

2.1 Sizing and Fit

Please refer to the size chart before purchasing. All sales are final—no returns or exchanges will be accepted due to incorrect sizing.

2.2 Production and Shipping

a) Apparel items may be produced on demand and shipped separately from other products.
b) Delivery times may vary depending on production and logistics.

2.3 Returns and Refunds

a) Returns are only accepted for defective items or production errors.
b) Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and is subject to approval.
c) If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- No odors (perfume, cigarette, etc.), stains, or any signs of use.
- Tampering, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will void return eligibility.
d) Refunds will be processed only after a thorough inspection. If the product does not meet return conditions, no refund will be issued.

2.4 Lost or Missing Packages

a) Tracking System: All shipments include tracking. If an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
b) Disputes for Non-Delivery: If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), the issue must be reported within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements.
c) Chargeback Protection: Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming non-receipt while tracking confirms delivery) will result in a permanent ban from purchasing and legal action if necessary.

3. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Swiss law applies, and the competent courts are located in Geneva, Switzerland.
